Visit to Cholmondeley Children's Home
On Tuesday the 5th of December I had the pleasure of meeting some of the great children at Cholmondeley Children's Home. This is an amazing place set in Govenors Bay, and works with Children and Families that are having a pretty rough time.
The kids were great. They listened to me rabbit on for quite a while about different things and were so polite. I then took them through a bit of a dance class, which was so much fun. They all tried very hard and were very talented. A few days after the visit I received a beautiful card which I have put below. I just want to say thankyou to all the children there and I wish you all the best for your future.
Cholomondeley Children's Home relies strongly on sponsorship and donations to continue the extensive work they do. I urge anyone that has the desire to support a group such as Cholomondeley to do so, you will be helping many, many people.

Friday 1st of December - Face Value Charity Art Auction
Face Value is a Charity Art auction held by Q Brand Agency, where by Staff and Local Artists contributed an art peice to be auctioned to raise money for Q's chosen charity.
I was the MC for the evening and I was very impressed with the high standard of art on display including, the highlight peice for me of the evening,
a 2metre square picture of a face. Now that may not sound that much but this face was made completely from computer keyboard keys. Thousands of them.
The Auction was a great sucess raising over $22,000.00

Diamond Bar opening at the Christchurch Casino
November saw the opening of Diamond Bar at the Christchurch Casino. I was the MC for the grand opening and it was a great evening. Guests were treated to a great night of entertainment including performances from James Reid lead singer of the feelers and two amazing bar flarers.
